The band your headcount falls in sets the rate for everyone. Twenty-five people are ₹29 each, not twenty at one rate and five at another.
None of these is quite your shape?
A plan can be written for your company: the modules you actually use, a headcount that matches your payroll, and a price agreed once rather than picked off a card. It behaves like any other plan — same invoices, same renewal — it is simply yours, and is not listed here.
Worth asking if you have more than one branch, a headcount that moves seasonally, or a module list that does not line up with a tier.
In every plan
These are the parts of CredoHRMS no plan withholds — the platform itself rather than a module you can be sold or not sold. The modules are the list on each plan card above: attendance, leave, payroll, the statutory returns, field work and the rest are included plan by plan, and a module your plan does not carry is simply not shown to you. If you need one that is missing, moving up a plan is the way to add it.
Questions about billing
Is there a free plan?
Yes, and it runs without a card. It carries a headcount limit and a set of modules like every other plan, both listed on its card above, so you can see exactly what it covers before you sign up.
How is the price counted?
Two things set the price: the number of employees a plan covers, and the modules it includes. Both are shown on each plan card above. You move up a plan when your team grows past the limit, or when you need a module your current plan does not include.
Does every plan include every module?
No. Each plan carries its own set of modules, listed on the plan card. A module your plan does not include is hidden from the app rather than shown and refused, so nobody on your team is invited to use something you are not paying for.
What is sold as an add-on?
Live GPS tracking — the passive location trail of a field employee's day, with the route and distance travelled — is bought separately on top of a plan. Planned field visits with check-in and check-out are part of the field module itself and are not an add-on.
Is there a free trial?
Not an unpaid one of a paid plan. Each paid plan includes a number of free days with your first payment - printed on its card above, because it is set per plan - so the first month or year you pay for runs that much longer. The free plan is not a trial at all: it does not expire and never asks for a card.
What happens when a paid period ends?
Your data stays where it is. You renew to carry on, or the account drops to the free plan; nothing is deleted because a plan lapsed.
Can I change or cancel a plan later?
Plans can be changed as your headcount grows or as you need modules a higher plan carries, and the change takes effect on your account without losing data. Cancellation and any refund follow our published refund policy — see the refund page for the current terms.
Do the prices include GST?
GST is applied per Indian tax rules and shown on your invoice. The exact treatment for your registration is set out in our terms.
